Call Logging
If a client should encounter anything they wish to report against any of our
applications, the Client specific section can be used to log a call. When entering the details,
they provide as much information as possible, e.g. if they are using one of our web
based applications, they include the URL of the page and any error messages shown.
This will help us to identify and resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
New
Requests
If a client would like to request additions to existing applications, for example, a new management report or
additional email tracking, they use our New Requests section.
