Call Logging
To check our knowledgebase for their current query or to create a ticket to request support interaction, clients are asked to use the Call Logging website.

New Requests
If a client would like to request additions to existing applications for example, a new management report or additional email tracking, they use our New Requests section to submit a ticket.
